Nova Artisana is Terra Nova’s premium dairy brand, inspired by European cheese-making traditions and produced from only the highest quality 100% Ayrshire cow milk from the Group’s own farms. Ayrshire milk is highly valued for its natural quality and composition, making it particularly well suited to the production of soft cheeses with a delicate texture, creamy flavour and refined character. Nova Artisana contains only natural ingredients, without artificial preservatives, colourants, GMOs or flavour enhancers, and highlights the exceptional quality and high casein & protein content of Ayrshire milk as an important factor behind the texture and taste of its cheeses.
