The Group operates within a clear governance framework, with the Board of Directors providing strategic oversight and the CEO and management team responsible for execution across the operating platform. Regular performance reviews, financial controls and structured reporting support accountability and consistent decision-making across the Group.

The Board is responsible for the Group’s overall strategic direction, major investment decisions, performance objectives and oversight of management. It meets regularly to review operating performance, financial results, development priorities and long-term strategy.

CEO
Responsible for the development and execution of Group strategy, allocation of capital and overall management of the business, acting as the principal link between the Board, operating management and key stakeholders.

COO
Responsible for Group-wide operational performance, including dairy and crop production, implementation of common operating standards, productivity improvement and the coordination of resources across the Group’s farms and regions.

Each farm is led by an experienced local management team supported by central Group specialists in livestock performance, agronomy, finance, legal, technical support and operational management. This structure combines local accountability with Group-wide standards, technology, specialist knowledge and continuous improvement.
