With a rich history dating back to 1928, Druzhba is one of Terra Nova’s most diversified agricultural assets and a full-cycle farming platform in the Samara region. The farm combines dairy production, pedigree Holstein cattle breeding, pedigree Kuibyshev sheep breeding, large-scale crop production and own-brand dairy processing.

The farm is also commercially important beyond raw milk. A significant share of milk from Druzhba is processed at the Group’s own Orlovsky dairy plant into a wide range of natural dairy products appreciated by loyal consumers. The products are sold through national supermarket chains and smaller sales points in the region under the "Milk from Orlovka" brand in Samara and neighbouring regions, with the full production cycle from milking to finished product completed in less than one day.

With around 16,000 ha in Russia’s Chernozem region, Druzhba is also a major crop-production platform and a key proof point for Terra Nova’s regenerative and no-till strategy. More than five years of progressive adoption of reduced-tillage and regenerative practices has increased operating efficiency while supporting soil health, improved water infiltration and long-term land productivity.

Druzhba's diversified model — crops, self-forage, dairy, pedigree cattle, pedigree sheep and branded products — improves cost resilience, supports higher-value revenue streams and provides a strong base for future expansion of both dairy and crop sales. Druzhba also maintains an award winning pedigree sheep flock of the Kuibyshev breed, and is recoginised as one of the country’s last remaining specialist pedigree breeders.
