Novoladozhskiy is one of Terra Nova Group’s flagship dairy and pedigree-breeding farms in the Leningrad region. The farm is fully operational and is recognised as one of Russia’s leading centres for pedigree Ayrshire cattle. Its animals have repeatedly won awards at major agricultural exhibitions, and in 2024 Novoladozhskiy received a Gold Medal and diploma from the Russian Ministry of Agriculture for high achievements in pedigree and commercial livestock development.

The farm has undergone major modernisation since joining Terra Nova Group. A new large-scale dairy complex was completed in 2015, including modern barns, a new milking and milk-handling block and a cutting-edge 60-place rotary milking parlour. The installation of a Waikato rotary platform and AfiMilk monitoring technology has improved milking efficiency, cow-health monitoring, feeding control and overall herd productivity.

Today, Novoladozhskiy operates as a full-cycle dairy and breeding platform, combining high-quality forage production, pedigree Ayrshire young-stock development, raw milk production and supply of milk for high-quality dairy products marketed under the Nova Artisana label. The farm is planned for further expansion over the next three years, including continued dairy and pedigree development, young-stock improvements, machinery renewal, arable land reclamation, re-grassing and potential acquisition of additional land plots.
