Myslinskiy is a successful turnaround of a legacy Ayrshire pedigree farm in the same Leningrad region cluster as Novoladozhskiy. Founded in 1960, the farm specialises in milk production and the breeding and sale of Ayrshire pedigree cattle, supported by its own forage base and auxiliary farm infrastructure.

The farm has shown clear operational improvement, including higher milk yield per forage cow, improved reproductive performance and increased sales of pedigree heifers. Myslinskiy’s animals have also received awards at Golden Autumn and White Nights, reinforcing the farm’s role in the Group’s pedigree platform.

Myslinskiy is strategically important because it sits within the Novoladozhskiy cluster and has potential for further development. A regional investment agreement has been signed for the construction of a new large-scale dairy complex, intended to replicate the successful model already implemented at Novoladozhskiy.
